New SBD
« on: October 05, 2013, 11:08:43 AM »

I have noticed that the SBD ever since Pacific fighters, has been lacking.  The wheels look like they have been carrying Enterprise all day, And when retracted the landing gear stick out and aren't even flush with the wings.

You might try loading Jerinomo's props and cowlings mods. There is also a better wheels mods. You'll need to search fcr them but these awesome mods will make the SBD look a ton better.

Looks like an outdated buttons file or mod conflict problem. Which IL-2 version and mods are you using?

in the first post here: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,25142.0.html
...is a patch specifically designed to fix a compatibility issue with both types SBDs when using both Cowling/spinner mod, and the new mod wheels mod. I think this may be what you need? Try this. ;D Can't miss it, it's just a little way down the first post, with the other downloads.

hmmm... mod conflict then? Just checked and IM running the same 4.12.1m with modact 5.22 as you mention..
and my SBDs look great in respect of both cowlings and tires. I'm using the included Cowling pack in JSGME with no changes.
