Disable those files.
Also your config.ini is configured for a very low quality and has some conflicting entries:

Try this for Open GL, if you run NVidia, replace the fat marked parts with a "1".

In any case you run on Direct X, which is nowadays very outdated for IL-2.

This is a great addition.  Got them to work in 4.12.2 with MA 5.3  No problems. 
One thing, Sorry but where are the skins for these?

The landing light bug can be fixed by adding hooks for the gear well lights (as is done with the MiG-21PF/PFM/FL pack)

And could you do it? :P
The 2nd gen 21s lights are beautiful everything is where it supposed to be but in this one.. no landing lights + the tail light is green :/

Hey fellas
 These run great in ma5.3 but in hsfx ma5.3 I have  a problem.   No weapons show up.  I followed install to the  letter but no weapons. 
  Could  it be cos I don't  have jet war in this install?   I don't know...
