You seem to struggle a flick in thinking.
I will roll it out for you.
1.all.ini gives the definite Map location, load.ini reference
Mission file needs to allocate the proper load.ini, referenced in all.ini.
2. in order to get a Set to view in QMBProPAL Folder/GUI name and Mission name must handle the same
specifics, avoid sth. like (RRR), use RRR, special Glyphs may not be shown by the system gui Font.
I recommend being very carefull at renaming files manually.
3. QMBProPAL Missions must bow under default/rules, guidelines posted in the Mission4Today Link.
If you added special Glyphs to your naming, busted, if you twisted
Flight counts, busted.
Obey default measures, guidelines, availlable working Sets tell you how it works.
Do not think in abstract ways, It's simple, logic. That's QMB.
I just checked the two remaining Ardennes Maps missing in QMBProPAL Folder.
Copy, rename
BAT_Ardennes_GW
[MAIN]
MAP Ardennes/GW_winload.ini
BAT_Ardennes_TAB
[MAIN]
MAP Ardennes/tab_wload.ini
Taken from
all.ini
located in
...\#WAW3\MAPMODS\Maps
**___WESTERN_EUROPE___** Netmountains/load.ini
Ardennes_Summer(RRR) Ardennes/sload.ini (BAT_Ardennes_S)
Ardennes_Winter(RRR) Ardennes/wload.ini (BAT_Ardennes_W)
Ardennes_Winter(TAB) Ardennes/tab_wload.ini
Ardennes_Winter(GW) Ardennes/GW_winload.ini
Default Ardennes (RRR) Mapsets are these here
BAT_Ardennes_S
BAT_Ardennes_W
I can fly and wizz around in all four Ardennes Maps, this an example of compatible cases.
This is very rare, you may find such method (copy/paste) may not work at other duplicate Maps,
due to complete redesign of the Maps. Spare us calls it doesn't work somewhere else.
In such case, build them from scratch yourself.
You just need to understand our 2 existing Ardennes Maps Sets are already rolling on Cyberolas RRR Maps,
the missing GW and TAB can be converted easilly.
Take it for granted checking the all.ini content, you will find BAT marked QMB Pro sets already use Cyberolas or other Map Upgrades conveniently.
For that open a Mission file in Texteditor and check the first entry line what it says.
Customization.
New Sets, new Missions
New Sets I would give a naming other than BAT, that's what I do. To keep the Default BAT untouched.
Not obeying to this rule is a messy modding I do not preferr, but everybody can do what he wants.
In Tech helps such over taken Files can cause problems, when compared to
Default Files, if you changed it accidently and can't roll back as you messed it up,
it's your fault only. It's not a crime, but we see it often tinkered Files pop up and a claim added to that,
it's buggy, not me. We keep forgetting things in the course of hefty modding.
Hope this Helps, if you still have troubles, I do not know what your problem is.
Maybe be a bit more precise at describing, what you want, what you did,
as detailed as possible.
One sentence is too short, if lacking valueable, retraceable actions.
