To tell the % is really hard...
Tu-104 has 99% of the outer 3D, I'll add some small details and do the internals (tanks and so).
MiG-25 is just like 40% (but not speaking of other versions - then it would be like 10 % :D :D )
MiG-23 is a bit (much) worse. :)
