That looks more like a Mirage F1 with a delta wing(Fishbed wings to be exact) and soviet markings.. :D
At first sight the only thing thats common with the original Flogger is maybe the vertical stabilizer and the canopy :D :D :D

Yep, they found out that it was too complicated and too expensive, so they've let it go and so we have the Flogger.
