I just started getting the "Bip" error with this new build. Never happened before with any of your campaigns...

I have it too in 42 Us fighter bomber campaigns.

Boelcke, sent you a few messages and my log file to AA Paintworks.  Might be the same issue?  Can't say if it's version related since I didn't try it before this build.

yeah, the data files for HSFX 7 aricraft and wings are imperative  for all my campaigns, a link is mentioned in the install instructions on the download page:

You have installed Asuras dgen.exe after you copied the HSFX 7 plane date files into the \DGEN\MOD folder that´s the problem, it has to be like decribed in the install instruction:


Step 3: The HSFX 7 plane data base files for Asuras dgen.exe mod, you need these files, without them the campaign don´t work (version 1.1):

copy these files into the \DGEN\Mod folder - AFTER you have installed Asuras dgen.exe and overwrite the old files

Yes, I thought it was installed, but I think I have to reinstall everything (MTO 1.2 worked well)

Thanks, the error log showed that it was trying to reference Italy_RU, and that's when I realized that I had forgotten to remove the semicolon from the language=eng. line of the ini.

Man, thought for sure I was home free...but no!  It gets to 100% load of the campaign and hangs on that screen (with the Macchi 202 image).  Went to desktop and saw the il2fb has closed error message.

In the version1.3, it seems that the files in the DGEN/MOD directory are outdated : they must be replaced AFTER by the file for HSFX7, hence my problem

Getting the 100% load crash with all campaigns now, so it's something else entirely for me.

yes, that´s the reason for the problems mentioned above - please understand that Asuras mod only includes the data files for the stock planes (i don´t know why), to play campaigns for HSFX 7 you have to add the data files for the HSFX 7 planes to the \DGEN\MOD folder AFTER you have installed Asuras dgen mod and overwrite the ones from Asura

please check frequently at A&A for updates of these files
