Place your aircraft beside the carrier, create a second waypoint out front of the carrier.  Go back to your first waypoint and select "Takeoff" in your waypoints and then the "Set" button and target the carrier.  You should now have a yellow line running from your aircraft and ending in a circle on the carrier.  That should do it.
If you want more aircraft repeat the procedure around the carrier.

Not sure why the lead (my) aircraft doesn't have the designated skin I chose in FMB but anyway.......this is what you should have after doing the steps above;

Ivo;
you don't need attach/detach. Once you have done what I indicated previously that's all you have to do.
The 'set' function tells your aircraft that it is taking off from the carrier.  If YOU are the pilot, then simply start your engine, release chocks (you MUST do this as the chocks lock you to the deck).
You may have to set a key in your controls for "chocks-in", "chocks-out".
"Chocks out" releases the aircraft to move.
So.....
If you are sitting in your plane on the deck,
1. Flaps down halfway (personal preference).
2. Start engine.
3. Rev it up to get the engine up to speed before you move (it helps to get moving quicker on the deck)
4. When you are ready, release chocks and your plane will jump forward (be prepared to use your rudder to keep the aircraft straight on the deck)
5. Pull stick back (not too hard) when you are at the edge of the deck and you should be flying (get your landing gear up quick as you can).

Note:  There are a couple of practice missions in Single Player for carrier take-off and landing.
One of the lessons, the carrier is stationary which makes take-off very difficult as there is no 'wind' across the deck to help you lift.

Once you are good with takeoff you'll find that landing is tricky and takes practice!!!
Good Luck.

Hi, now I have tried with take off from carrier flaps takeoff full throttle and out chocks with an F-9 Phanter but I can get only 170 km/h and down in the sea  ( for take off F-9 needs about 220 KM/H )... >:( >:( >:(

Ivo;
I have only tried the jets once or twice.  I know that there is a catapult function (mod) which I think is included with DBW and SAS Modact versions.
I don't know the details however.  You don't say which version you have so I'm assuming you have a full modded version like DBW etc.

The couple of times I did try jets, the catapult was 'automatic' but you had to taxi forward a little bit.
First taxi forward and get close to the catapult on the left side.
Then set chocks ON. Now the game will move you to the catapult.
Engine 110%, flaps 1,count to 5, and then chocks OFF.

If this doesn't work try changing your date to after 1950. Try different carriers.
Good luck.

As tomoose says set the mission date to later than 1950 and be happy.  :) :) :)
