Hi Doc

Was the weapons patch meant for 4.11 or 4.12, because it doesn't work DBW 1.71.

I went back to change the loadouts in the ten missions I had adapted for the MkXCC and changed it from the anti-ship RPs to the new '8x 25lbs AS (anti-ship) (4x 20mm)':-

1. They are only shown as '8x25lbsAS' not '8x 25lbs AS (anti-ship) (4x 20mm)' in the properties tab in FMB.

2. When you play the mission the loadouts revert to Default.

3. The same loadout in QMB gives a 'Mission loading failed: Null' message.

So I gave the it a try with a torpedo:

1. It only shows as 'Torpedo_13a_late' not '1x Torpedo Mk13a late (4x 20mm))' in the properties tab in FMB.

2. When you play the mission the loadout reverts to Default.

3. The same loadout in QMB gives a 'Mission loading failed: Null' message.

Such a shame...I'll have to revert to your original files as they were fine and the weapon loads were easy to understand without a weapons.ru file.

Tested loadout reported above as causing null error and can confirm the issue!

In 410 and 412 atm got this error (note that the error are about the same among the 3 planes , here is reported the log for the TFX:

BTW: What do You think about this:   DAP Beaufighter Mk21 with turret-gunner  (in reality a lot had this Feature as fieldmod) and new weapons (frag / Cluster Bombs / Napalm / US-Bombs  /Aussie Beaus could use GB and US BOmbs/Rockets/Torpedos)

I'll download it and give it a try.....I've just finished adapting ten missions with the original weapons...well I suppose I've naff else to do anyway.

I wasn't a great fan of the Beau, but I'm becoming one....

Any new Beau would be welcome by me. I believe if you leave the torp off the Torbeau version you have a Mk XI and I think the only major version left is the Mk VI.

Only flew one mission so far with the Anti-Ship RPs and it worked well.

Yes    In MODACT it already flys flawless.
But for 4.10, HSFX and 4.09 I am looking for the Classfiles and 3do of the cluster-bombs and fragbombs
