Is everything in this mod included in the latest version of BAT, 4.2.3, or is it still worth downloading and installing?

It is very interesting you would ask this just today and have a submarine in your profile.... by strange coincidence I had a related conversation today.

Anyway. Yes, all that you may need is there. BAT is far more advanced than this Engine Mod by now. No need for any EngineMods or Common Utils.
I'll add a note to the first post about that.

Thanks for the prompt response Vampire, i've been playing BAT off and on for a few years and it seemed to me like most of the effects advertised in this mod were already included in BAT, but just wanted to be sure.  But yea I spent a few years on fast attack subs in the US Navy, but military aviation has always truly had my heart, much less boring haha! While I've got ya I'll just say that I have been downloading many of your campaigns over these past few days and thank you for all of the work that you do around here, it is much appreciated!
