I just checked Gio's model and the other 3dmodel, both models are almost identical (except very slight differences in proportions due most probably to the use of different base 3view plans) - the only main difference is the main float, but this can easily be be somehow improved:
Gio, Slipper, when you get ugly ridge on a 3d model, that don't disappear by smoothing, this generally means that what appear as single vertices along these edges, are in fact couple of vertices, and you need to wedge them. and then smooth - It was what happened here - here's the corrected CF_D0 mesh after this process:
