I love the Duck! I've had a lot of fun jumpin' from sea to land and vice versa during a single mission. Looking forward to the improved version!

Can't wait to try this plane out on land and on sea....

Just noticed a small detail:

Only the top wing should have a nav light.  The bottom wing has what looks like a tie down ring.... At least on this specific model.  Maybe you have a different reference.  I think airplanes only have a single light on each wing to cut down clutter and confusion.

@ Jim Beam... LOL :) No money needed. Hope you enjoy it. :)

@Barret, your pics look like your correct. CWatson and I looked over several pics from WWII in black and white and it seemed to be a second nav light. Hope you know you could have kept that to yourself after all the hair I pulled out getting mine to sit just right on that lower wing. LOL :)

No problem Barrett, just having some fun with you. :) Thank you for pointing that out. We do want to make her as acurate as we can. :)

From post #1

Beware the cockpit is a Beta version, because the upper wing skin does not change, despite many attempts, we hope that someone can do better or can help us.

you could not see the top wing, it was non existant, maybe I missed an update somewhere in the post...........

From the original seaplane only version (that I still use) to all the following versions I have not come across the "non-existent" wing you mention.

The only issue I ever saw with the front wing is if you changed the skin to one of the yellow ones the underside of the wing visible from the pilot's pit remained grey, and the text you quoted is refering to that.

I'd love to see the front cowl obstruction cleared from the pilot's gun sight view.

That can be corrected, but if you look at the external view of the plane, the carb intake really is suppose to obstruct the pilot's view. that being said, the view will be raised slightly.
