The hashed filename is "6CEC31F64B80CABC".
Might be an outdated Visual MOD version for instance.

You are correct Mike.
This file is part of a few files inside a very old PAT-Camera-Visual-Mod folder
for tilting the monitor screen for taking screenshots.
