You are right, Markino. But the creator of the SCW pack extended it to the Sino-Japanese War, which took place in the same era.

Hi guys, If I wish to add the chinese roundel to show it in the carreers list, as for republicans or nationalists, where I should to put it? Where this picture lives into  #SCW folder?

Many thanks! Ciao!

Markino, hmm, I thought I put it into Update 6 of "Il-2 SCW". Anyway it's a small tga file, called icon.tga, and you put it in the Chinese campaign folder: "IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Missions\Campaign\CN". Ok?

Will see to it that it will come in the next update of "IL-2 SCW" - yes, there will be one, eventually :-)

Well, I managed to show chinese roundel in the career list; the lack is not for the icon.tga file but for the other one ,an access file, I think.

There are another courious behaviour, generally in DBW, I noticed it playing the sino-japanese campaigns, the Wuhan battle; maybe you have a reply for this: why other planes (my mates) fly almost ever at full power with apparentely  no fuel consumption, meanwhile I must to fly at full power for the entire mission and I can hardly keep up with them, returning for landing with the tanks empty?
Again: my mates firing an infinite number of shot, they hitting down enemies with the first flurry of bullets;
I must to fly very close to enemy, shoot it accurately and, often, I finish my bullets before him shot down....
There are settings to correct this troubles or is the "normal" way for DBW?

Many thanks for your explanations!

Ciao!

Yes, that's correct: you need the shortcut file called "icon" as well.

The other things are problems with the AI not just of DBW but IL-2. If they out-run you: use the autopilot!
