Although, the more I see stuff like this, the more I wish someone would post a youtube video of a complete step by step guide to installing '56.

Yeap, it's graitlooking bird the descendant of Il-2! Needs a new Jet era maps of Afganistan, all Georgia (with Tbilisi 2008), North & South Caucasus (Chechnya, Azerbaijan-Armenian conflict) for history missions 1979 - 2008 time period.

well we already have the great Caucasus map, and I am already building a campaign on the theme of 2008 (no political background, just we don't have the Grozny on that map) with all the features of 4.12, like player and AI taxi, new deployable infantry from Mi-8, soviet ground vehicles etc.

That would be great, one of the airfields on my Caucasus map in real life has SU-25's on its tarmac.
