Is it possible to open the sand filter on the "Trop" 109s in UP 2.01?  If so, how do you switch the filter to open position?

AFAIK the opening/closing of the trop filter is automatic (at least in my 4.09 game), when taking off or landing ...  ;)

I am not sure, because the Bf109 screen you posted is rather dark, but it looks like you don't have the latest D improvements, especially around the nose (behind the spinner) ...

Take a look here ...  ;)

Unfortunately that link no longer works (file is no longer stored on MediaFire).  Is there another link?  :(

What I have in my 4.09 MODS folder now is: 4.09_fix Cowling Engines & Prop.  The appearance of most cowlings is pretty good, but not up the standard of JapanCat's work.  For some reason that mod does not effect the cowlings on the Trop 109s in UP 2.01.

This is what I get with JapanCat's mod:

This is what I get on the Trop versions in UP 2.01 (Here, a 109G-2 Trop)  JCat's mod affects some of the 109s in my game (and dramatically improves them) but not others.  Is there a way to fix this?  Some of the photo reconn versions have a break in the fuselage and weird distortions of the pilot figure.  Evidently a conflict between files.

Yes RK, if you have PA_Jeronimo's cowl Fix, get rid of the 109 Folders. JCats 3D Mod and they do not work together. and make sure your JCat Folder is loaded early in
the loading order, i.e. Place a  !  , or a  #  in front of your Folder.

That makes sense.  I'll give it a try.

Pulled the 109 folders out of 3do/plane folder, but no effect in UP 2.01.
