You do not install many vehicles in your game!
Installation is standard!
Search in your chief.ini the tab "vehicle" and add the first lines.
Then it is explained.

In fact, the correct answer is:
where you want them to appear in your game!
If you put them at the beginning of the tab [vehicles] they appear coming at the beginning of the list of vehicles in your game !
It's not easy for me to explain in English (Britonnien) !
