In the QMB, "difficulties" tab, did you change the value of the delayed explosion of bombs and rockets ?

If your talking about in game I dont have that option.
If not in the game and in a file where exactly?

convergence is set to 500.0 m
rocket delay is set to 10.0 sec

OK this is my first post to the forum so forgive me if I'm barking up the wrong tree. Could this relate to the class file 8CFCD632574D5B72 in Steppenwolf's excellent effects. Before upgrading to these I used the Lower Particle Effects and disabled this class file to stop the game crashing whenever a rocket is fired.

Don't know if this helps or not but just a thought.

searched for file disabled them all and it still crashes  :'(

...normally, if this java class file (8CFCD632574D5B72) is the culprit, you should only have to delete it to fix your problem  ... unless you have it somewhere else too ...

i did a general search in the il-2 folder and it came up with several so i cut them all out of their respective folders and it still crashes
