Just a few images from today.

Just a few images from today:

The hanger screen, cannons. :)  How atmospheric can you get, trust me it feels cold when you look at it. ;)

How very festive. :D  Love the skin, has Max been busy, I wonder. 8)

This is a first I started under the netting rather than on the runway. ???

Weapons check. :'(  Unlike IL-2 1946 the bombs actually explode if you drop them while stationary. :P

How do you like the stationary planes, cool eh. :)

A tank after the rockets hit:

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Bombs shouldn't explode when you drop them at stationary.

The little propeller on the front (or tail) is the arming fuse, it is held stationary with a wire that is pulled when it is dropped allowing it to turn. when it has rotated enough due to the airflow it is armed.
(Many Argentinian bombs failed to detonate during the Falklands, due to being dropped from to low of an altitude. the bombs didn't have time to arm.)

If you were parked it shouldn't have armed at all, and not have exploded.

Although i do like the damage effects, except there should be less plane if it was a bomb.
