Info:

This is a "just for fun" fictional aircraft, to get some more Hikoki 1946 aircraft
(The Japanese equivalent of Luft 46) into the game. It's based on the Ki-61 and some of
Dr Richard Vogt's drawings, the engineer behind the Bv-141 and other asymmetric designs
at Blohm and Voss. Dr Richard Vogt worked for Kawasaki in Japan between the wars, so I see this as a "what if"
rather than entirely fabricated. That's why the Ki-61 was chosen as compared to other Japanese fighters.

Dr Vogt's original patent for asymmetric aircraft:

It's a high performance plane with a compressor jet engine mounted
on the starboard wing.

There is a slightly more serious side - i've included a first version of the Ki-147
missile, a proposed Japanese rocket assisted guided bomb. Other modders, please feel free
to use - just drop me a message letting me know you're doing so.

The other use was to gain a bit of experience with multi-pit planes,
as evidenced by the bomber version.

I won't really be providing much support for this as it's not an important aircraft,
but i'll still try and fix major bugs.

Uses Ki-61 skins without modification.

Credits:

Based on the stock Ki-61, so thanks to the original creators of the game.
Bv-246 and Ki-147 based on twister's guided missiles, so thanks to him for that.

WOW!

Another super duper "What-if" aircraft. An  this time its a terrific Japanese version!
Aerial battles in the PTO will never be the same again.
FANTASTIC design and very well crafted ! I must admit.
Thank you Darth-Mikoyan!  8)

Nah, it's an experimental Japanese compressor jet. If it's not blowing up every 5 minutes, there's something very wrong.
