I have recently come back to Il-2 and have installed DBW successfully. I attempted the 1916 patch and failed. With help here I learned that my interpretation of patch 6 was wrong and so I have been adding the patches 1 thru 10 one by one. I have been successful up thru and including patch 9. When I added patch 10, the program loaded however when I attempted to use the QMB I received an error message as follows...mission load failed: Mesh 3od/humans/paratroopers/Russia/mo no.sim not created. I canceled and returned the mission screen. When I attempted to make any adjustment I received this lengthy error message.

Il2-sturmovik forgotten battles: IL-2fb.exe-Application error The instruction at "0x0c9771147" referenced memory at "oxoc979f30" the memory could not be read.
At this point my computer was totally locked up and I had to do a hard reset to bring the system back. Can someone tell me what to do at this point. I am so close to having DBW1916 ready to go. Thanks and thanks for the help so far. John

Hi,

If you enter the words "mesh" and "paratroopers" in the Search function of the board you will end up with some entries that can be usefull to you (most of it solved). Hope this helps
