agreed - and that 109 F had a quite ugly, even if fitting setup of noseart.
what i find the worst os the Poles anc the Czech dudes - they take a sticker that is several yards wide and make their Planes Visible with red and white and Blue.
Not that it bothers me as such - taste and all...
But they render themselves visible in the game, and get a Pounding. because one can see the Polish red and white pattern from Miles afar, and there is a 90% chance that such a paintscheme is on an allied Plane.
Its tactically stupid as fork.
Overshot... he definitely caught some lead before.
Loop, come behind as he tries to conceal himself in the shadows of the hill...
(this game does not work without no tracking device, i swear!)
And with great pleasure... a kick that really made me smile... SPLAMMMMM!!!!
Squashing the squid!
I rarely get Air to Air kills, because i shy away from 109s, 112s and the like.
But that Mission... with a bit of help i managed to put some lead to good use.
Note the single red Cannon shell ricocheting off the hill.
Visually impressive. but the paint job leaves a LOT to be desired.mapping at the wing tips, top color/bottom color discrepancies... Prop Blades scratched to an intolerable level...
the paintschemes available are overall nothing to be Proud of.
nevertheless. he dies. I win.
he still dies.
and i still survive.
(
burn, M****f*** burn!!)
But it took a maximum amount of effort, because you can never trust these damn trees....
Rudder, Elev, Ail, just to avoid crashing
I never saw yellownose Emil again. didn't care either.
We took the Match and from the points gained i bought myself a freshly rebuilt and cleaned Radiator.
less Overheating, a bit more much needed Oomph for another session.
Yak-1. if you ever come across one, get it.
Not the Ruler of the skies, but in the Team, and with Rage and determination...
