I also tried the MAXHO version in HSFX 7 , but when I switch to gunner seat , the whels of the jeep are going up and the car  crashes like sinking in the ground !

Just an update about the Jeep mod.
Got to try it out in full with others.  I can't believe how much better it handles than the old Jeep.  This one is a real joy to play with.

Thank you for your help.  Now I have to design a scenario around them. :-)

I tried the version for HSFX 7 , and I get the upward wheels issue .
I start to roll , then I switch to gunner seat , and I get this :

Then you haven't installed it correctly and/or forgot to delete the MAXHO mod. I checked again, have it working flawlessy.

Is there a way to add the Jeep+MG object to the static aircraft list so you could add to a mission a static Jeep+MG as a static aircraft, using it as a spawn point for the jeep?


Also, I notice that the jeep only fires at 'aircraft' when the gunner is AI.  Could that be expanded to include infantry and vehicles?

I tried all versions from the abovementioned page, but the wheels are everytime above the vehicle. Is it a difficult work to make a fix? In fact, I have no idea about it, and feel shy to post this request   :-[

Have you tried loading it in a mission? Because in the arming screens it will show the wheels messed up because they are “retracted”

Yes, I tried them in the mission. They do not start, move etc. And the wheels are also above the vehicle

Frankly, I used ground vehicles in CUP/BAT only.
But did you try them in FMB and what kind of waypoints you used?
Initial waypoint should be Type: Takeoff and Takeoff Type (Waypoint Options tab) should be Taxi to Takeoff.
