There's been quite a few Luft '46 aircraft recently, which is really what IL-2 needs.

Could this point towards a HG-III in the future?

  "Doctor Lippisch, So nice of you to drop by.  Dr. Messerscmitt will be right with you."
  "Oh, you can leave those drawings with us.  We will look after them"

  This is very nice.  I am amazed.  It is most defenetly worth its own pit.  I will have this in my builds.

THANK YOU for the great model.  It has WOW factor.  Is it 4.12 approved yet?

ehm, I am no expert in aerodynamics, but the CG is not that far back IMHO;
there are 4x 30mm cannon up fron together with the ammo and some other stuff;
Alexander Lippisch designed a delta fighter that looks vaguely similar, the P13
http://cernunninsel.wordpress.com/2013/04/16/lippisch-p-13-fliegendes-dreieck/
that would be nice to see in the game too, that bird even has its own comics book :)

but as said, I like that bird, looks 1946ish :D

That's no problem, the relevant part of your log reduces to this:
Code: [Select]
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.maddox.il2.objects.air.Me_262_HGIV
   at com.maddox.il2.objects.air.CockpitME_262HGII.reflectWorldToInstruments(CockpitME_262HGII.java:148)

Your log was taken with Modact 5.3 / IL-2 4.12.2 however the class file where your error is thrown (CockpitME_262HGII) apparently isn't the stock version anymore, so whatever of your installed mods touched this class seems to be incompatible with this one.

Best regards - mike

Just out of interest as i can't find much info on this plane, what was the reason for moving the cockpit back to incorporate it in the vertical stabiliser? Did it improve performance? because the rest of the airframe is basically a standard Me-262 so i can't see how it would. Or was it for an increased payload capability?

Would be interested to hear if anyone has any info

Putting the cockpit into the tail like that will reduce drag if done properly - bubble canopies could caquse flow seperation, depending on the curvature, which will increase drag significantly.
