I ran into some weird problem.  I started my US Campaign at Normandy with 352nd squadron flying p51.  Everything went fine initially until  I progressed into the last subcampaign, Netherland, Market Garden.  First mission of that subcampaign is to escort some p47 to attack german airbase.  However at the start of the mission this happens.  And then the mission crashed.

I checked the log file.  This is what the log file says:
[04.07.2014 13:07:25] Mission: campaign/us/DGen_Boe22_ChannelDDay_USchen0/19440916-0.mis is Playing
13:46:12 Mission BEGIN
13:46:12 9AF_354FG_355FS100 damaged on the ground at 0.0 0.0
13:46:30 Mission END

I vaguely remember someone said before it may have been caused by discrepancy in weapon loadout files.  This is what I have in my arnheimplanes file:
Allies   USA        Fighter         P_47D10              350 6000 6000 overload                                 1

Everything seems normal.  Can anyone tell me what happened here?

Hi Boelcke,

I figured out the cause of my pink plane issue.  Some of loadouts you specified in your campaign are inconsistent to what the game has.  For instance, p47d10 doesn't have 2x500 loadout.  Some of the missions generated by the campaign load p47d10s with 2x500, which causes pink plane and crashes.  In addition, Bf109g14 has a loadout u4r6:mk108+2xmg151/20 pods, but in your mission, it was written u4r6-mk1082xmg151-20, which is causing some of the crashes.  Can you check whether it's the case on your side?

I just completed my first US campaign.  Everything went fine except some minor things.  There is one error in the Arheim.dat file.  The schedule for that sub-campaign has 9/31/1944, which is an invalid date and will cause end of mission to crash.

@toro61 and DeerxBanshee:

i have double checked but don´t have this problem, do you have installed the plane data files for HSFX 7 with the up to date version V 1.1 like mentioned in the dl thread? availble here:

....axis-and-allies-paintworks.com/download.php?view.853

i habe checked it with HSFX 7.01 and 7.02, both in normal mode

Is it only me who can see just "No downloads in this category yet" on the page?

I downloaded all five of the links on listed on the first page.    Is this all I need to run the West Front campaign?

Hello

I started a Typhoon May 1944 campaign and I really enjoy it.
Only problems were with briefings and debrifings :
"You were killed" message too often (I was not killed and could follow the campaign)
I Have a mission where I must hunt a "japanese convoy" ?

Anyway, thank you Boelcke !

Edit : obviously, files are available on request

Still another small porblem for Typhoon Ib : the default weapon load for antiship missions is "default", it should have some bombs

Hi All

A little update.
Think you know what your doing = Campaign doesn't Work.
Follow Boelcke's Campaign Instructions = Campaign works Perfectly.
Lesson Learned = Always go back over the Instructions.

Thank you Boelcke for All your Great Campaigns.
