Here is a very comprehensive article:

http://greatgameindia.wordpress.com/2014/03/13/malaysian-airlines-mh370-mystery-hidden-in-plain-sight/

I am surprised that very few papers have written about this :

"One of the scenarios offered is that of a possible use of Electronic Warfare.

20 passengers on-board the flight were experts in this technology.

They belonged to a Austin, Texas-based company Freescale Semiconductors.

The 20 Freescale employees, among 239 people on flight MH370, were mostly engineers and other experts working to make the company’s chip facilities in Tianjin, China, and Kuala Lumpur more efficient, said Mitch Haws, vice president, global communications and investor relations.

“These were people with a lot of experience and technical background and they were very important people,” Haws said. “It’s definitely a loss for the company.”

Perhaps Fitz did it?! (note if you are familiar with one of the many sub plots on the TV show Scandal, where as a Navy pilot in his youth before becoming President, he shot down an airliner for yet unknown reason)

Seriously though, if an Operation Remington (the op name in the TV show) occurred, its another "theory."

All in all, there are simply too many theories and possibilities.  Until wreckage and/or intact plane is found, then most theories can be weeded out and we would be left with a competing few.
