Got wing fold working.

Also made some changes to the script handling, you can now save the edited script as a C# file and load it in again so you don't have to edit the java again and again.

Hmm...
I get almost the same message, but.... now it says Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Content.Pipeline. version 3.0.0.0 needs to be installed in the GAC.

Something is still missing, but improvement.

That's really interesting.

Since I am using XNA 4.0

Why the hell would it need the content pipeline from XNA 3.0  >:( ??? :-X :'(

Okay, we don't have the animation I want. It's the one called 'facepalm' and indicates I should slap myself around the head a few times.

I am using XNA 4, but referencing the content pipeline from XNA 3

It shouldn't have worked, but C# can be too smart for it's own good sometimes

I have uploaded a new version with the reference fixed, hopefully it will now work.

My bad, sorry guys

One step ahead!

Now the application installs and opens, but  if you try to open a .him I get this error even before getting to the Open Dialog:

Okay that's saying that it can't load the shader I use to display the mesh.

The first time you try to open a HIM it loads in all the resources I need.

You should have a folder (Install path)/Content with a load of .xnb files.

I'll have a look and see if they made it into the build

Looks like they didn't make it into the build, I am now getting really pissed off with VS

It copies them on a build but skips them on a publish.

I hate C# more than Visual Studio!

As a quick fix I've put the Content directory on the web site as a separate zip.

I have put up a new version, this contains the missing assets.

Apparently you have to have a build action of 'Content' to include files in the published build
