Device,
Hopefully you have solved your problem, so to avoid me boring you stiff, do not read on.
In the event that you have not resolved your problem, the best advice on here is a methodical approach to installing TFM412 and problem solving. I know it's time consuming getting everything up and running but it will save you a world of pain in the long run. I'm not sure at what stage you are at with your install but before you start extracting the TFM packs, are you happy you have followed these instructions on page 1 of this thread:
INSTALL CHECKLIST
1)Clean Il2/1946 4:12.2m install required. - Tested and working.
2)Add SAS Modact V5.3 and AI Flyables. - Tested and working.
3)Add UP-SFS files from UP3 Packs (see the list below).

One more thing to check. Assuming you started with a totally clean install of v4.12.2 + Modact5.30 _ AI Flyables v5.30, your start screen should show this text in the bottom left of your screen:
"v4.12.2m with SAS Modactivator 5.30 and SAS Flyable AI Aircrafts v5.30"
If it doesn't, you have problems from the start. Make sure you unzip the flyables "red star" and place in your JSGME folder and activate. If the game loads ok, do a quick check in FMB and load a map. If all looks ok, you are set to go.
Make sure you have a vanilla #SAS folder (you can find this on page1, just before mapmod pack1).
Next another time consuming bit. Activate each pack in turn through JSGME and check the game loads ok each time (if you already have them activated, you may have to roll back to the start). Take a look at what mods are included in each pack and check out one or two in game. In pack one for instance, check you have CY6 North Korea map. By activating each pack in turn you will be able to pinpoint at which point your install gave you problems and eliminate the cause at source.
Again, my apologies if you know all of this already but having followed this thread from page1, most problems with this install begin at the beginning, as it were.
Hope I've helped,
Bergkamp.
