"Could be anything !"- good advice.Make sure you have nothing in the virgin SAS folder other than what is already these & in JSGME...In fact download all the 30 odd parts FIRST! I speak from some experience of screwing things up Test everything! :-\\
Honestly why don't you just wait for CFM ( Compressed Full Monty) due ourt anytime. If it does as promised it will make everything so much quicker & easier. ;)

Good.  The amount of work, even at this final stage is quite enormous.  Uploading files to storage takes several times longer than downloading.  To test a RAR'rd up set of about 4 to 5 SFS files requires me to upload about 1.1Gb, which takes around 3 Hours.  There are ten sets - 30 Hours.  When changes need to be made to a single SFS file it must be decompiled, ammended, re-uploaded, - 3 hours per set.  So although its almost done and in final testing getting it packaged is the most time consuming excercise.

It will be done, when its done, I'm doing it...

Sounds like the best way for me to get the new aircraft like the Hornet working :)

Hi Travis

Yes, the scope of the sim now is quite incredible.  Installing and testing the Hornet/Harrier is a little tricky with a number of (conflicting) requirements at first.  Cleaned up and set into SFS its 'set and forget'.  Because of the overall reference of the STD files; Air.INI etc, individual CFM.SFS files are no use on their own and it has to be 'all or nothing'.  The final set will contain a small (50Mb) #SAS folder that runs the whole show.

It is a pretty impressive flightline by now.

The sooner I get done the sooner you can get to skinning more of these new birds.  As a big fan of your work I'm really looking forward to that!

Wow, what a great video and excellent flying.  Thanks for sharing this.  I love the stuff you guys do at FAFLV (Virtual Free French Air Force).  I bet you agree that 412 is great in terms of features and performance too!

The SAS team's MiG21 is one of my favourite sim aircraft of all time.  SAS~S3's recent Marine Aviation set is also quite incredible.

Another feature you are going to love in CFM is all of GJE52's wonderful Aero Vodochody jets, which I know you guys fly a lot, with PA_Jeronimo's Cockpit fixes now making the inside feel as good as the outside.
