Tachometers needles

hello guys, I'm editing the cockpit of the Fiat CR-32, Kant sent me the cockpit of the PWR-10 and now i changed the instruments with Italian tachometers. But now i have a problem, arrows or needles of course run in a different way compared to the Italian tachometers, because they have different numbers; so if the Polish tachometer started at 0 and ended at 2300, the Italian starts at 0 but ends at 2500 for example.
How can i do to change the way they run the needles?
