Good and bad News, first the bad, the new Fix doesn't change a thing.
The good, in my DBW/4.101m I managed to couple things into a working stage.
I took Kant's Link v1.2 for 4101 version 3do folder (Plane+Cockpit), and kept the following Classfile from it:
02CD1F28D8936F78 (dated (2014)
the rest I deleted and added the old Classfiles (dated 2009) from the Aviaskins version:

Copy summer folder and rename desert, this worked to get rid of 100% crash bug.
To get the old weapons, take the 2.2 plane/hier and search for the last 4 entries (RackC, RackL, RackR + Cassette...)
copy them into your 1.2 plane/hier.him, don't use the complete hier.him, only these 4 entries, don't noodle or change other parts, right? This way you get loadouts working, new 3D, on old and new FM stage coupled, no glitches, AI fully functional.
Only thing, US bombs and Loadout doubled.
I see no glitches with this Classfile Mix, except it being the only working version in my DBW.
Cockpit can be assigned new folder Textures, place the HD files inside, change Mats to allow new allocation of files, like this
..TEXTURES/Ringsnew.tga instead default Rings.tga. Only glitch, I can't seem to get the Mask.tga working, ask me???

@ We are close at it, is it possible to do small tweaks, only changing Aviaskins old Classfile 0A4F63CE6A8870DC (dated 2009) to
allow the italian bombs and "important" keep the rest of the File untouched? I would dare to test if that is doing it?
I think there's content in that old file that DBW needs to work it out.
