One question, can these KCs refuel all the planes that are refuel-able, like A-4, Yak-36?

And another question, the AC-130 seems don't have an aim reticle like AC-47, it's really hard to aim at the ground target and fire~~

Hello wplusaf, sorry I have not figured out how to do that yet. :-[


At least the guns fire in the right direction now, you should have seen some of the early versions, they pointed everywhere but where they should. :D

Now the ver. 1.5 is used cockpit C-47/AC-47 with gunsight and adapted to 4 engines (added instruments).

This thing rocks and can confirm it works in 4.12 with jetwar dbw 1.71 install. This is awesome as a beta and has the potential for further updates. I am hoping the 20mm cannon m61 gets added as the A version had 4 and 4 of the 7.62mmm and the m61 20mm.

Just a thougt. the modern spectre can launch a agm missile hellfire and griffin. Since we have this technology in game. could these be added in an update. could be a what-if version caue we dont have radar and avionics but could ne neat.

ver 1.5 ac-130 gives crash while flying, only mods are engine mod v2.7, jetwar, countermeasures and tfm 4.12 and btw now we need an soviet gunship ;)

Hello foxhound, the only thing I see in there that could be a problem is mention of a Mk 24 flare, did you install the CY6 AC-47?

The Hercules gunship is based on that mod, I thought the flares were in there, maybe they got misplaced.

Seb, you can make a request for skins in the skin requests section.
it's unfair to ask a modder to make all the skins as well, after he has made the plane. ;)

i'll check this, in my mind ac-47 was included in tfm412 but double-check is always good.

as i knew, ac-47 is in installation.

Hello foxhound, I thought the AC-47 or lack of it may have been the problem, the log does not really point me in any direction.  There are a number of issues in there, the shells problem could be the miniguns but the mod has all the bits as far as I know especially as you have the AC-47.

I would think the install you are using would more than likely contain all that was necessary, does it have the Skyraiders, it is possible someting in that mod is needed as that carries various gun pods?

The B-29 fm is mentioned but that should be default anyway, the mod uses that from the sim not one of its own.

I had a tool installed 'HierMesh Debugger' which caused my 4.12.2  with ModAct 5.30 to freeze once you were in the cockpit, probably because there is so much stuff in my install it would freak out any problem solving tool. :P  Do you have that?

Some of the aircraft also locked the sim at 100% in the QMB mission start, sometimes that could be cured by moving them up the hierarchy, that may be worth a try. :-\


Sorry I cannot offer you any definitive reply, there can be so much variety in any install that it is difficult to pin down to any one cause.
