Hi, I'm running IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 4.12. + SAS Modact 5.30 and want to add some backgrounds. I've read that you're supposed to save the image as a TGA File and place it in the Gui folder, but that did not work. Can anyone help?

You should also rename your image to background!

To search all the available background positions , on the main root , search for this name....

I had saved it as that. It doesn't appear. I get a white screen on startup (With the text) and the same ol' background in the menus.

Does this affect it?

I think that those specific background are hard coded....I was writing about missions/campaigns and loading ones....
