Removed some historical inaccuracies, added many skins.
As I improve my knowledge of historical facts, I try to also adapt the campaign. For example, I found that for almost all the 1942 there was no air component of the Japanese army operating over New Guinea; therefore I removed them from 1942 RAAF campaign, leaving only IJNAF, as it really was. As well as the 59th Sentai didn't fight in Burma for the entire period covered by the campaign; so I took it off. About this latter, I thought skin in use for Ki-43-Ib during Singapore campaign was inaccurate (resembling more a 25th Sentai's one), thus I replaced with a credible one, I think (not a single period photo available as reference, unfortunately). Also, I luckily found an historical set of skins for Ki-27 dedicated to early war theaters (Malaya, Burma 1942) which allowed to give the Nate a suited livery, consistent with that of the other fighters. I don't know how many of these details may be of interest,, but I enjoy a lot to find them and apply (when I can).
