I think I see the problem with the sea routes. Thanks for pointing that out. I am working on a fix for it.

  The download line    http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads3&file=details&id=1990  won't let me download.   I registered but it won't let me in.    No one at home I guess.

Im coming back to il2 after a bit of an absence and I'm trying to run this campaign in TFM412 I have installed it following the read me including copying the DGen folder over the original. but as soon as I click the start button I get a beep and nothing happens.
Any help would be appreciated as I would really love to fly this campaign.

It sounds like WOI is not your active campaign. Try these instructions:

Note before you begin, that you only have to do this for the first mission that you generate; once the campaign is started you can change the default campaign and your existing campaign will continue as normal.

Open the DCG application.
Click Files -> Optional Third Party Data Folder
In the windows file chooser, select WarOverItaly -> allcampaigns.dcg
exit the DCG application

Now run IL-2 and try to start the campaign from the new campaign menu. If it does not work, please post here and we will get it sorted.

Tried your instructions and it still does the same. As soon as i hit the generate button. I get a beep and  ........nothing.  It looks like it doesn't work with this install.  But if you can make it work it would be magnificent
man.  I wish we could get a one size fits all type of install.

I have tested it with TFM 412 and mine is working. Can you run any of the stock DCG campaigns?

If possible, could you post your dcgerror.txt file? You will find it in the DCG home directory.

Hi Mate
The stock DCG campaigns work fine. I have flown a few missions in the Med42 and all was good. But. I think I may have got it working(but I am not sure)
I have ticked the (replace career Generator DGen option in the Mode menu of DCG and it now generates missions over Italy. 
How can i tell if it is actually using your mission and not just generating random missions? (I know your campaign is randomly generated) but how can I tell if I am getting what you created? .......does this even make sense lol Do you have that option ticked in your DCG?

BTW the first mission it generated was MASSIVE there must have been at least 70 planes in the air I was in a Spit escorting Mossies to messina but there were P47, P40s' B25, B17's and even P39's Great stuff.

one other small issue I am having is with the trees on the War on Italy map. They all have black squares around them.  i tried to post a screenshot but the forum wont accept it for some reason.

Yes, I use full auto-generation. It sounds like it is working for you now. I remember that tree issue also. It happens on TFM-412 but not on DBW. I can't remember what I did to fix it, but I will poke around and see. I think it was something missing from the texture folder.
