Franken early Ki-43-II
« on: July 06, 2014, 05:15:10 PM »

Hi!

Hayabusa II appeared in late 1942 in an initial version, sort of transition between previous Ki-43-I and definite model two. Distinctive features of this very early model were retaining of Mk.I wing (span 11.437 m; area 22.000 sq.m) as well as of circular oil cooler, according to the scheme of attached picture.

My proposal would be making a franken, coupling Mk.2 fuselage and empennage with type I wing and circular oil cooler. It should have provisions to carry two underwing tanks or two bombs either of 30 or 250 kg each. Flight model should be separated (external) and I would be glad to contribute for it. I play almost exclusively 4.09, but I would promote its compatibility with all other game versions.

Thanks for your attention,
GB

BUMP!

Not necessarily a franken, also a brand new 3D would be welcomed! ;)
