Thanks Malone, it means a lot. However, the plated over sections from the previous request weren't supposed to be plated over on this one.

huh?
now you have me confused, mate. i'm pretty sure i just painted those over stock files.
if you need me to do it over, it'll be best if you send me the exact files you want edited, with a detailed description, just to avoid this sort of waste of time for both of us that might happen.

Malone, the parts from the previous request are plated over in the skin you gave me. These aren't supposed to be plated over:

Right now it looks like:

The pack is still going, the demarcation line just slowed me down a little. Anyway, I am intrigued by a picture I've found:

The plane is clearly marked as "Miami Clippers", with the tail number 41-51451. Why is this odd, you ask? Because there's no record of such plane in the movie. The website i found this picture at had it listed as "Brenda's Boys", which is one of the 5 known B-25s from the movie. While it is entirely possible that the aircraft had simply been repainted (Since 2 aircraft were shot down during the movie), the black prop hubs and lack of the crew names under the cockpit (Something all other aircraft had) make it seem like an "early" paint. The odd antenna on the aft fuselage proves it is the same plane as "Brenda's Boys". Another confusing fact is that every website I've been to (Except http://www.airfieldinformationexchange.org/community/showthread.php?1565-Bovingdon|this one  list 41-51632 to have been at one point marked as "Thar She Blows", but there's no photographic evidence of such. Another odd thing is that one plane has a pilot listed as "Patman", while anyone who's seen the movie knows that the character's name is Packman.

If anybody has any pictures or stuff that might help, please post them.

Maty, i really don't get why you seem to be using a movie as a basis for planes, as if this movie is somehow a more realistic representation than actual historical facts....
you do realise that Hollywood has little clue about reality?....:D
if i wanted facts about these planes, i would use every source available OTHER than a movie..lol

Well, it's mainly because I love these movies, and think it's cool to use the same planes as the characters did. Besides, it's something that hasn't been done before. Tondelayo, for example, has over 5 different skins already. Monguse did most of the 340th Bomb Group B-25s, and Jarink did the 345th, and those are the ones I know most about.

Well, after finishing the third skin, I decided to try to recreate their "parked" positions. Only now I realize that I accidentally did it "mirrored", but that's not really a problem. Anyway, here are some grabs:

Here are 41-51632 "Gorgeous George-Ann", 41-51790 "Amazing Andrea" and 41-51863 "Big Bad Bonnie"

And a close-up on "Big Bad Bonnie"

Thanks, Malone. By the way, I did just find another picture of "Miami Clippers". Unfortunately, the picture is at a way too steep angle, so I'll need to copy it from the picture shown earlier in this thread and paint in accordingly.

So... who the actors in this film?
How about making a selection of skins with the actors for Pilot skins?

I usually like to fly with some of my favorite actors faces on my pilots.
I make my own films. Better than Hollywood !  ;D

Not sure about other planes, but Gorgeous George-Ann has:
Pilot: Harrison Ford as David Halloran
Co-Pilot: Michael Sacks as Martin Hyer
Bombardier: Richard Masur as Jerry Cimino
Engineer: John Ratzenberger as John Lucas
Radio Operator: Jay Benedict as Daniel Giler
Tail Gunner: Eric Stine as Farrell

The crew picture is in the first page of this thread. I would like a skin for Packman (Or Patman, not sure), as he is crucial to the plot of the film, but, ironically, he only appears briefly and is portrayed by (I suppose) an actual pilot. Considering that the credits only mention two pilots appearing and Jeff Hawke was the owner of Brenda's Boys (Packman's plane), it's probably him. Could also be David Tallichet. Do you mean I should do the skin or are you volunteering, Max? 'Cause I really suck at pilot skins.

Well, here's "Brenda's Boys" with the others. Also, turns out that "Miami Clippers" was the plane's paint job before being repainted for the film.

And the iconic tail line-up from the movie:
