JWV Burma
« on: July 29, 2014, 05:35:44 PM »

Hey SAS, my first release in quite a while. A Simple little project, the Burma map. My idea for this map was a Russia VS China scenario. Now I know that Burma is nowhere near Russia, I just thought the landscape of the map looks close to the Russia China border.

*DISCLAIMER*
1. I'm not quite done, but I feel this is a good release to start with, expect some patches later
2. I admit I'm not the best airfield populator/eye candy maker, so if anyone out there would like to help me with populating, or maybe take it upon themselves to populate, please concact me via PM, I would greatly appreciate any help I can get in regards to populating

HOW TO USE WITH 4.12
1. What you need to do is, take the SFS files from your 4.101 install, AKA up_objetcs, dbw_objetcs and put them in your SFS_Auto folder in your 4.12 install
2. You then need to take the entries from your "static" notepad in your 4.101 install, find the lines for the objects, and add them to your 4.12 static notepad.
3. Some objects: KDP_Plates,Tarmac plates,Blister hangar, and if you need any other objects just press shift+tab when the map loads up, if theres an error that means you're missing an object. Just make search in your 4.101 static notepad, find the line, and add it to your 4.12 static notepad

Please report any bugs or problems you are having, enjoy  ;D

noyce map mate thanks, does it matter in my static ini if I more than one entry of the same object ?, would I be Ok to just copy paste the whole stat ini from say dbw & HFSX and paste that into my 4.12.2m stat ini ? my brain went in circles trying to spot which ones I have and which to look for to enter also. thanks again for your good works,

Yes, but you must have the object SFS's. Because if you have the lines without all the files, I'm pretty sure that'll crash the game on start up.
