I am grateful for any suggestion coming from the peoples knowing the area,
unfortunately, I am not sure that I understand your proposal well. Do you think this basin ?

It is no problem to remove this basin in Mymap_c.tga, but it would be easier if I have the map with  the river before the basin was built.
As for Lublin city, I made it according to the map from 1931 offered by the courtesy of you, Mr.  Rector, here:

EDIT:
Perhaps this map of Lublin area in 1940 would be OK ?

Uzin buddy!
1. This water on "my" map does not - it just does not cover this area. On your (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/57/USSR_map_NM_34-3_Lublin.jpg) there is a marshy meadow. During World War II bomber crashed there Dornier -217. The lagoon was built in 1974.
2. Lublin on your map to the game is beautiful just a little dissimilar to the original vertices. But it's only a game board, not a tourist guide. I tried to imitate him a bit - but the map has stopped working. "Actor static" For me ist black magic. (jesli ty by imiel kakoj tam tutorial pa ruskij- budu oczien obawiazan)
3. Airport Swidnik was grassy and 1944 (and 1939) did not have a concrete runway. The forest was to be a concrete apron built by the Germans in 1941. The village in 1944, was a village - no multi-storey buildings.
4 In the Lublin region functioned in 1944, a few airfields such. Radawiec - Aeroclub now or historically important Dys - airport does not exist today. Overall in 1939, the Polish Air Force prepared approx. 250 airfields. Poles have used approx. 200 (in the map covered about 150) In 1941, Germany modernized most Polish airports and have built some of their own. So that was their lot.

You can read readme in russian either at Aviaskins :

http://forum.aviaskins.com/showthread.php?t=3791

directly d/l there, with readme in russian:

https://www.mediafire.com/download/am.../Poland1939.7z

Perhaps we can continue via my e-mal which I am posting  you in PM, in either Polish or Russian.
Best regards,
Ivan Uzin

EDIT:
1. The basin built in 1974 will be removed.
2. The buildings in Swidnik will be converted into country ones.
3. As for the runway in Swidnik during 1944, there  a 410 x 40 meter concrete runway was built by the
Luftwaffe. Source: Larry deZeng IV Luftwaffe airfields 1935-45:

What remains to do in Poland_1944_summer?
Autobahn AFs, finish  some of KLs, destroy more buildings and bridges.
