Can someone post me his conf.ini settings for a maxed out IL2 for Windows 8.1?
Below are my old XP settings but with my new system it is not necessary anymore to use TexCompress = 2. But when I change it to TexCompress = 0 I get this artifact: blocky bullet holes.

Returning to old XP settings and everything is fine. I would like to know what else I need to change for the ultimate experience.
