A new version of the verification tool.

After discussion with a forumer, the original version of the tool has been modified to work with B.A.T, Ultrapack 3.4 and Vp_Modpack. Obsolete skins may or may not be moved at the user's discretion.
To find out which versions it has been tested on, visit read.me.
Several versions are included in the archive, one for W7 and one for W10, each with an English and a French version.
As I don't have my own server, the file will be hosted for 30 days. If anyone wants to host it on their server, no problem, thank you.
