When I want to created a Mission whit FMB, and I want to choise the airplane , FMB Crash........QMB work fine....some Solutions?????

FYI: She proudly flies the skies of 4.13.  8).....don't forget to remove the original file, leave JF2-Duck-Super and you're good to go!  ;)

Dear Allia, you can extend the landing gear only if you use the manual mode ..
as you do for the F4F-3 or the I-15 and I-16 ... ;)

Thx for this airplane..

You need to assign a key to "airbrake", that controls the Duck landing gear.

You need to assign a key to "airbrake", that controls the Duck landing gear.
Or read the first post !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To lower or raise the landing gear you must set a key to the airbrake function and use it to work the landing gear.

Okay, I have tried everything I can think of as to why this does not fully work in HSFX 7.0.2, I have the Utils and Duck folder in my MODS folder, they are the only things in the Mod folder, the DiffFM loads via the jsgme directly into the Files folder.  I get this in my Log file when I try to select plane 1 to make the Duck the Players plane and there is a screen shot of what happens when I hit Plane 1 on the gui button

Once this happens I have to Ctl/Alt/Del out of the game because the mouse is usless

I can play with this thing all day long in QMB.  But I can put down a flight path of waypoints on the FMB save it and exit out without hitting that Player 1 button and then go directly to Single player and call up the mission and hit play the mission loads and all I see is blue sky, I don't spawn in with the plane, I can hit Shift F2 and I can see the plane sitting on the deck of the carrier, it will start up and take off just like it would if I were in it, it's just AI controlled because I can't hit "Player 1" and make it player plane.  Have not tried to try a regular mission yet.  When I'm in Single Player I can not get into the arming screen either to customize the plane.

Hello Hoss,

Unfortunately your log file is truncated.
You might want to try the "InstantLog" mod folder from Modact 5.
A log file output of the situation when you successfully start the FMB mission but have no cockpit, or any other erroneous situation that doesn't straight lead to a locked up game would help as well.

Thanks Mike, I'll put it in and see what it tells me.

I put the Instant Log in my Mod folder and went into FMB and with the objects gui on screen like the screen shot I selected "Plane1" and this is the log file I got when the game froze

Edit:  I did some more testing with this plane.  I can use it in Dogfight and Coop missions, I can choose it, arm it and fly it.  The only thing I can not do is use the Object "Plane" button in FMB to assign skins, load-outs or skill level because the "Plane" button will freeze up the FMB. And it's unusable in Single Player because you can't use the "Plane" button to assign it as Player Plane.
