Air ship / Zepplin class for 4.12.2m
« on: October 02, 2014, 07:20:03 AM »

~S~ Hey all, any chance of someone making some Air ships / Zeppelin class  craft for 4.12.2m ? I haven't been able to find ANY  single airships to download, bummer, I did see  airship and hangar in TFM download , but I don't want to do TFM, just the airships and hangars. AND just like the TB's, can we have a couple of flyables hanging off of them for drop/air cover too ? as I know they had them in real life. hope this is do-able oh and also yeah LOL, as I am in the mood for a steam punk type map, please attach a couple of cannons and nikes/sams  :o   to the airships, for off line of course   ;) thanks. regards

Have you searched properly? I think they should be downloadable.

If not, the DBW1916 have all the airships available, plus other stuff like hangars, etc.

But none of them simulate dirigible physics in a closer way. They are very height stable planes, nothing else. They can roll in a totally weird maneer for a dirigible, which had their C.G. quite down, to avoid problems of that sort.

Other thing is regarding the hanging gondola. It should be in a good implementation a weight oriented element, not a rigid part of a 3d model like they are now.
