The Luftwaffe night bomber campaign in spring 1944 Operation Steinbock, against the gathering allied invasion fleet in the southern ports of Britain.


The campaign was designed for HSFX 7 and Asuras dgen mod.

I´ve used the Biscay map for this.

Flyable planes:

JU 88A4
Do217 K2
Do217 M1

Skins are also included.

An experimental RAF Night fighter campaign is also included with the flyable Beau MK X, Mossi MK VI and the P 61, but without a ground control guidance help it´s very fragmentaric.


The arfields are equipped with runway lights. When starting or landing, you have to turn on the Runway lights with asking the ground control. When heading back to France every now and then you will be able to notice allied night bomber riads and searchlights, just for immersion.


Attention: You also need to Asuars DGEN.EXE mod

After installing Asuras dgen.exe mod, copy these files

anyone played this campaign? any feedback? i´m very interested because it´s the first night campaign

If I could Mod I would love to play this! Operation Steinbock is one of those 'unspoken' operations the Germans did with the He-177 as well as other late types.

there is nothing special needed, HSFX 7 and you´re good to go

Maybe you should get ready to alter this for Patch 4.13, as that has the He-177 A-3 in it, and therefore no one will have to mod in order to enjoy it fully. Its the same with the Nightfighter campaigns too, the Ju-88 C-2 is coming out soon in the same patch and there is one campaign I believe with 88C's and later types. 

Still I did put it in and it just beeped at me.
