Just a little question: I noticed that only the D9late have the Askania...why later version don't?

Simply because as our knowledge and as our doc say, the only one Focke Wulf which was fitted with this gunsight was the D9 later version (and only a few of them), nothing allows us to say that the following versions were equipped with Askania EZ42.

But if somebody brings us the irrefutable proof that D11 and\or D13 (or others) received this equipment...

I remeber a picture with the Askania on the Ta152H, anyway there are just few of them, so I think have it only on the Dora 9 late is a good idea.

BUT

I think that we have anyway a couple of scenarios to work around:

1) The true historical where the Gremany at the end of the war was in a really poor equipment condition and delivers of new Askania was rare and random;
2) The 'what if' where why they can provide Ta183 and Lerche when at the same time their most advanced piston fighters haven't gyrogunsight?

I believe that (if it can be possible with easy) at least a choice can be allowed so we can switch from true historical and 'what if'!

By the way this is only a thought...don't read any critics at your masterpiece mate!!!

No problem Walter you're absolutly right, and for answer to CWMV Sani's Ta 152C-1 is already fitted with Askania EZ42 so she keep this equipment
