Really not trying to be anal,  but the FW190 is bombing on the user made map which is historically correct for deployment at the time period in the North West theatre of operations. Full version of this map is close to release

Map on video is indeed not Stalingrad but Veliki Luki. A usermade map by Zeus.
I think many don't realise how far away both cities are from each other.

Red    --> Veliki Luki
Green --> Stalingrad

This is a pretty nice one. I like the music. Sounds a lot like Dvorak. I also like how you can see the luminous paint on the tips of the iron sights glowing when the shadow covers them. Serious details.

If you are talking about the box version, I am not sure if it is the Steam version....if that is not your bag I would check on that, maybe the non steam version from site would suit you better, however if you have no Steam issues then the box version should be fine

Jason's position for RoF was quite opened and existing mods highly change the game "feeling", so I don't think Jason will be against modding.
The only problem is that he only wants to support productive modders.

... I think I know Tiger rather well and he is not the kind of guy to "beg" for his sound mods/fixes to be adopted, nor is he interested in glory, if Jason or any other dev is interested then they only need to get in touch with him ...

Guys,
I've already addressed this. The box contains a DVD with the Steam client and game on it. Obviously, if you already have Steam you can just activate it in Steam and download the game through Steam without fussing with the DVD.
