Honestly I am starting to think they would have been better off to call this game Rise of Flight: Battle of Stalingrad or just plain Battle of Stalingrad. It is basically a WW2 version of RoF. People coming from Il-2 expected it to be just like home and it turned out not to be. After playing RoF for a while I can see now all of the similarities with BoS.

I think this is just fine, it get to show the attitude of the community, and it shows its arrogance is the same as it ever was. I find BOS site better and better , now I almost exclusively got only the dev teams arrogance to deal with, and their tone are much more humble now, when they understand they are stuck with us and did not manage to get as many new fellows as they wished.

Just a rant : The Mc202 had a very limited action over Stalingrad (I think she never met ennemy planes)

Been shot down by... the 1917 version of the 109F. It had a rounded spinner, so *looks up wikipedia* it musta been an albatross of some sort?

The Bristol is very good and capable as fighter, and that is very historical. It had good dive capabilities compared to most opponents and had a good turnrate and was fast . Many aces flew Bristols and their gunners was aces too.
I like the Breguet, SE 8 , And the more difficult planes best. Like in BOS you really aint got a realistic feeling with those smooth ones

In these kites i look, as always, for a decent forward punch and some proper bomb dropping qualities and from what i read you might be right!
4$... if i chose to dig deeper , i will most def get a few of these fighter-bomber types of planes. Bristol, Airco and Breguet.

For Fighters, i like what the constructors did and called the dolphin. She reminds me of the hurricane's mixed construction and streamlining effort. Someone somewhere was thinking a bit different when he drew that one.

Also appreciate you giving away duplicate airplanes - fine gesture.
