Shorten B-29 with Me - 262 engiene  8).

I don't like Frankensteins.

Dear Mr. Demanding and Nitpicker, guess what, the best chance you're going to see this plane in IL-2 is in franken stage.

The IL-28, that'd be another song.

EDIT: Now the line I was told manytimes before - freely: "Learn to mod and do it yourselves" - see? I did so and finally made my first lil' thingie - new weapon options for Fishbed which I really missed.

If you dont provide a proper, detailed, large resolution 3 view drawing with the request then nobody will be able to model it accurately. Same goes for the cockpit layout. I was unable to find anything useful with Google.

I think that cockpit should be something similar to this one http://i.imgur.com/vPwBa.jpg

I saw that old Ilyushin planes had similar cockpits. But the problem is that i cant find the picture of the cockpit because this was prototype and only 1 plane was built. But i found out that the nose was similar to Boeing B29, Heinkel He 111, and Ar 234 so the cockpit should look similar to cockpits of the three planes i wrote. But only i could find is IL 18V, IL 18A/B IL 18D/E IL 20, IL 22M, IL 28 " Beagle " with 2 and 4 engines, IL 38, IL 76, IL 76TD, IL 86, IL 96 These are historycle Ilyushin planes and if you want somebody can make one or some of these planes. I would like to see these planes in IL 2.

Prototype or not, it does have a nice look about it, would be great as a stationary for bases!

I agree. This plane (if it is even built) should only be static. Personally, if this plane were flyable, it would be one of the worst flying (not to mention the looks)... read this from the wiki page. This is the nail in the coffin.

The prototype Il-22 was rapidly assembled and made its first flight on 24 July 1947. It proved to have docile handling characteristics, but was severely underpowered as the TR-1 engines only produced 80% of the required thrust. During the latter part of the manufacturer's flight tests the Il-22 made the first ever Soviet jet-assisted takeoff on 7 February 1948 with a pair of SR-2 boosters. As the thrust of the engines could not be increased in a timely manner Ilyushin made the decision not to submit the bomber for State acceptance trials as its performance did not meet the requirements laid down for it in 1946
