I'm just expressing my opinion.
A request for a prototype built in a single copy is a waste of time.
But everyone is free to imagine his perfect game!

Well, someone could make a IL-28, but this has some pizzazz. Yeah I know I'm stupid. But the LaGG-3RD is in the game and that was never built.

I think it is a reason not to waste time for doing new 3D model but to make it a franken.

If you dont provide a proper, detailed, large resolution 3 view drawing with the request then nobody will be able to model it accurately. Same goes for the cockpit layout. I was unable to find anything useful with Google.
