Well, I looked at the He-115 and can say that it doesn't look much as DB-3TP
May be you guys are thinking so, but... sorry, I won't take that to do

On the first page you can see a new, v2.1 update.
Here I will only give a list of its features (also it is in the readme):

• corrected log issue INTERNAL ERROR: Can't open file '3DO/Cockpit/DB3early-TGun/TGunnerDB3B.him' when using in the 4.09/4.10/
• corrected issue 'gear down' (wrong floats' position) when playing a water start.
• fixed self-stationary. Entries for .ini files didn't change.
• NEW IN THIS MOD: added loadout option for the default DB-3T plane - torpedo 45-36AN (file -38028248 in the 'cod' folder).
