No.

v2 and its cruise missiles depend on 4.12.2m and Engine MOD 2.7 codes deeply.

we already have the Kh-20 so would be nice to have the skin, The update for the FM and Java animation are needed but at your own pace.

I've been occupied my spare time by other tasks.
I decide to release new Kh-20 3D and great Ont_R's skin here.

Update patch on 26th/Dec./2015 :
